VIN search and vehicle lookup functionality has stabilized and is now operating normally.

The earlier disruption was caused by instability in the NHTSA database, a third party data provider. We are no longer observing downstream impact to VIN lookup in our application, including the VIN lookup tool and the data enrichment vehicles page.

We will continue to monitor, but this issue is now considered resolved.

We are currently observing intermittent issues impacting VIN search and vehicle lookup functionality.
